It depends on its condition. We inspect your subfloor during the consultation and before installation. Soft spots, squeaks, high/low areas, and moisture damage must be addressed before new flooring goes down — skipping this step leads to premature floor failure.
In some cases, yes — floating LVP can go over flat, well-bonded existing tile. However, this raises your floor height and can create transition issues at doorways. We'll assess your specific situation and recommend the best approach.
